Environmental Support Services prides itself on being a responsible and caring employer – we fully understand the need for health and safety, not just for our employees, but for our customers, contractors and anybody else who may be affected by our activities.
Health and Safety is engrained in each and every member of our staff, and underpins all our activities. We undertake full risk assessments, health and safety training, COSHH compliance and staff are thoroughly trained to work safely, with the right protective equipment as necessary.
Staff are fully versed in COSHH Regulations; Chemicals (Hazard Information and Packaging for Supply Regulations 2002) (CHIP); RIDDOR Reporting (Accident reporting); Health and Safety at Work Act; Risk assessment; Electrical regulations/safety; using chemicals; manual handling; accidents at work.
Quality
ESS is founded upon responsive customer care policies and robust quality procedures, which is underpinned by our ISO9001 registration. Feedback from customers is essential to continued excellence in service delivery, but in order not to burden our customers with cumbersome feedback forms and procedures, we have developed an effective, flexible and highly responsive methodology for ensuring that customer satisfaction is guaranteed and any issues are dealt with immediately.
