About us

Environmental Support Services started operations in the Surrey area in 1995 and has grown organically throughout the South East.

Our aim has not changed: To provide a high quality, personalised service, tailored to customers’ needs, but without incurring excessive costs.

The Support Services industry is primarily a people’s industry and only by giving all our staff, regardless of their status within the company, high quality training, equipment and support, can they deliver a service that exceeds expectations.

Today, ESS delivers service to some 350 customers throughout South East England and London, ranging from large blue chip companies, local authorities and leisure facilities, to small offices and specialised laboratories. We now employ more than 120 staff.

We are actively involved in the community and in environmental issues, including BioRegional and The Community Recycling Network.

Our undertaking to our customers is that we deliver an effective response and that our service provision is designed to be resilient and fail-safe.
